What nuts are best for diabetics?

My doctor recently diagnosed me with diabetes, and I'm trying to change my diet. My wife suggested adding some nuts, but I'm not sure which ones would be good for managing my sugar levels. Can anyone tell me which nuts are best for diabetics?

Hey, for diabetics, it's always best to consult a doctor or a dietitian about what nuts are good. Just like with thyroid, what works for one person might not be ideal for another. Regular check-ups are key to managing any condition. Don't self-medicate or follow random advice.

Haan, badam aur akhrot toh bahut common hain diabetics ke liye. But portion control is important, na? Thoda-thoda hi lena chahiye, warna calorie count badh jayega. Mere neighbour ko bhi doctor ne yahi bola tha.

Having dealt with this in my family, I can tell you that almonds, walnuts, and pistachios are generally recommended. They are low in carbs and high in healthy fats and fiber, which helps manage blood sugar. Just make sure they are unsalted and unroasted. A small handful daily is enough.

Look, with diabetes, it's all about glycemic index. Almonds and walnuts are good bets. I keep a small bag at my desk for a quick snack. They help with satiety and don't spike blood sugar like some other snacks. Quick, healthy, and easy to incorporate into a busy schedule.

I've explored so many remedies for various things, and for diabetics, nuts like almonds and walnuts are commonly suggested. They're good for overall health too, not just diabetes. Just remember to eat them in moderation and don't expect miracles; they're a part of a balanced diet.

Nuts can be a bit expensive, but a small pack of almonds or walnuts lasts a while if you eat them in moderation. Better to invest in good quality nuts than to spend on expensive medicines later, right? Plan your grocery budget accordingly. It's an investment in health.

My granddad has diabetes, and doc told him to eat almonds and walnuts. He soaks almonds overnight sometimes. Seems to work for him, keeps his sugar in check. Plus, they're good for brain, I heard.

Ho na, sab bolte hain badam aur akhrot bahut acche hain. My relative who is diabetic, she also eats them daily. But quantity is important, haan na? Too much of anything is not good. Thoda dhyan se khana chahiye.
