While nuts are generally considered healthy, for some individuals with arthritis, certain nuts might exacerbate inflammation due to their omega-6 fatty acid content, if consumed in excess compared to omega-3s. It's highly individual. Cashews or peanuts might be issues for some. It's best to consult a rheumatologist or a dietitian to identify specific triggers.

My grandmother had arthritis, and she always said too many oily or 'heavy' things made her joints worse. While nuts are good, sometimes if you eat too many, especially peanuts or cashews, they can feel a bit inflammatory for some. Best to eat in moderation and see what suits your body, always listen to your body.

With my child's arthritis, we learned that certain nuts can sometimes be inflammatory for specific individuals. While almonds and walnuts are generally good, some people find peanuts and cashews worsen their symptoms. It's not a universal rule, so carefully observe how your body reacts to each type of nut, and discuss with the doctor.

At good hospitals, they stress that diet for arthritis is very individual. While some general theories exist about omega-6 rich nuts like peanuts and cashews potentially increasing inflammation, it's not universal. The best approach is to ask your rheumatologist or a dietitian affiliated with your hospital for clear, personalized advice.

Oh, this is a tricky one! 🤔 Nuts are usually so good for us! For arthritis, some people find that too many peanuts or cashews can increase inflammation. But walnuts and almonds are often okay! Best to listen to your body and maybe chat with a doc. 😊

My fitness app often tracks inflammation markers. For arthritis, while most nuts are anti-inflammatory, some sources suggest high omega-6 nuts like peanuts or cashews, if not balanced with omega-3s, could potentially be an issue. But it's very user-specific. Try tracking your symptoms against your nut intake to see personal triggers, and definitely check with a doc.

In Ayurveda, foods that increase 'pitta' or 'kapha' can sometimes worsen joint issues. While nuts are generally nourishing, excessive consumption of high-omega-6 nuts like peanuts and cashews might be perceived as inflammatory for some with arthritis. Focus on moderation and listen to your body's signals after your practice.

Honestly, if nuts are bothering your arthritis, eliminating them is cheaper than buying expensive treatments later. Some people find peanuts and cashews can increase inflammation. Try reducing them for a while and see. No need for fancy tests, just observe your body's reaction and save your money for other essentials.
