My neighbour has RA, and he said his doctor told him to avoid processed foods, too much red meat, and sugary stuff. These things can increase inflammation. He eats a lot of vegetables and fruits now, simple ghar ka khana.

It must be tough dealing with RA. From what I've heard, avoiding foods that cause inflammation, like highly processed items and too much sugar, can be helpful. Take care of yourself.

With something like Rheumatoid Arthritis, it's really important to get specific advice from your rheumatologist or a dietitian they recommend. While some general foods like processed items, sugary drinks, and red meat are often suggested to be limited due to inflammation, your exact triggers might be different. Don't self-diagnose your diet.

For RA, the goal is to reduce inflammation. So, generally, cut down on processed foods, sugary drinks, fried items, and sometimes red meat. Some people also find nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers) can trigger symptoms, but that's very individual. Focus on an anti-inflammatory diet overall.

I'm just reading up on RA for a project, and it seems like everyone says to avoid inflammatory foods. Like, processed stuff, red meat, and high sugar foods. Is it also sometimes related to gluten or dairy for some people? It sounds like a difficult diet to follow.

Rheumatoid Arthritis needs proper medical attention, please see a doctor. For diet, generally, avoid packaged foods and anything with too much sugar or refined oil. Turmeric and ginger are good natural anti-inflammatory agents to include. But for specific exclusions, your doctor is the best guide.

My aunt has RA, and she told me she tries to avoid all the junk food, sugary drinks, and too much meat. Basically, anything that makes inflammation worse. She says it really helps with the joint pain. So, stick to home-cooked healthy stuff!

It's so tough dealing with RA, I understand. From what I've heard and seen, it's mostly about cutting down on foods that cause inflammation. So, things like sugary drinks, processed snacks, fried food, and too much red meat. Focus on fresh, whole foods. Hope you feel better soon!

Haan ji, RA mein na, junk food, fried stuff aur zyada cheeni waale cheezein avoid karna chahiye. Yeh sab body mein inflammation badhate hain. Aur red meat bhi thoda kam khaao. Doctor se confirm kar lo ek baar diet plan.
