What not to eat with pcos?

My PCOS symptoms have been acting up lately, and my gynaecologist suggested diet changes. I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the information out there. What are the key food items I should definitely avoid with PCOS?

With PCOS, managing blood sugar and inflammation is key. That means avoiding refined carbs, sugary drinks, and highly processed foods. I advise my colleagues to focus on high-fiber foods, lean proteins, and healthy fats. It takes discipline, but it's crucial for long-term management and fitting it into a busy schedule.

Oh, PCOS was such a worry for young women in my time too. What I've seen helps is to really cut down on all refined sugars and maida. Processed foods are a big no. Focus on whole grains, lots of vegetables, and good proteins. It makes a big difference to feel better.

Yaar, PCOS mein actually main cheez hai high sugar aur refined carbs avoid karna. Like, all the pastries, white bread, sugary drinks. And processed foods. It helps control the insulin resistance, which is a big part of PCOS, I think. Simple home food is the best bet.

I'm just researching PCOS for a friend, and it seems like everyone says to stay away from sugar and junk food. Also, refined carbs like white bread and pasta. Is it also about gluten sometimes, or dairy? It all sounds so confusing!

For PCOS, I always recommend a holistic approach. Diet plays a big role. Try to avoid foods that cause inflammation, like highly processed items, excess sugar, and refined flours. Focus on sattvic foods, fresh vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Also, regular yoga and pranayama can bring balance.

PCOS is also a lifestyle disease, much like my BP. So, what we put in our body matters. Avoid too much sugar, maida, and anything from a packet. These things increase inflammation. Regular checkups and a disciplined diet are the only way to manage such conditions.

Dekho behen, PCOS hai toh seedha baat hai, cheeni aur maida chhod do. Aur jo packet waala khaana hai na, chips, biscuits, yeh sab bhi kam karo. Ghar ka simple khaana khao, roti sabzi dal. Doctor se bhi pooch lo ek baar, par yeh basics toh sabke liye hai.
