What not to eat with kidney stones?

I just had a painful kidney stone episode, and the doctor said diet changes are very important to prevent future ones. Can someone tell me what foods I should definitely avoid to prevent kidney stones?

My uncle had kidney stones, and the doctor specifically told him to cut down on foods high in oxalates. So things like spinach, beetroot, chocolate, and nuts were on his 'avoid' list. Also, he had to drink a LOT of water. But everyone's stones are different, so best to check with a doctor.

Please don't ignore kidney stone symptoms like I did! That pain is no joke. About food, depends on what kind of stone you have. My doc said calcium oxalate stones are common, so they told me to limit oxalate-rich foods. Get yourself checked first to know the type.

Kidney stones... ah, another joy of getting older! I heard people say too much tea and coffee are bad, also salt. Basically, all the good things, right? But seriously, lots of water is key, and avoid anything that makes your pee dark yellow. Consult a good doctor, they'll tell you what to ditch.

I just went through this! It was calcium oxalate stones for me. My urologist strictly told me to reduce spinach, dark chocolates, nuts, and limit salt. Drinking tons of water was non-negotiable. It really helps, believe me. Don't self-medicate.

Ho na, kidney stones ka issue bohot common hai. Mera friend bhi bol raha tha ki doctor ne usko kam salt khaane bola, aur chocolate, paalak jaise cheezein avoid karne ko bola tha. Aur paani bohot peena, that's important.

First, get your stone analyzed if possible; it costs a bit but helps with the diet plan. Otherwise, generally, reduce high oxalate foods like spinach, nuts, tea. Also, cut down on animal protein and too much salt. These things help save on future hospital bills, trust me.

Oh, I totally get how confusing diet advice can be with kidney stones. The pain is just awful, so knowing what to avoid is important. Generally, foods high in oxalates like spinach, almonds, and chocolate are restricted. Also, too much salt is a no-no. Stay strong!

For kidney stones, a diet tailored to your stone type is crucial. Generally, high oxalate foods (spinach, nuts, chocolate) and excessive sodium or animal protein are restricted. My busy schedule meant I needed clear guidelines from a nutritionist. Get professional advice, it saves time and prevents recurrence.

Yaar, kidney stones are super painful! Actually, my friend was told to limit things high in oxalates, like spinach, beetroot, chocolate. Also, less salt and more water is always a good idea. But consult a doc for sure, don't just guess.

Initially, when my sister got kidney stones, I thought she'd have to live on bland food forever. But it's not that bad! They mostly asked her to limit spinach, chocolate, and very salty things. And the biggest tip was just to drink so much water. It's totally manageable once you get into the routine.

Hey there! 👋 For kidney stones, a big one is to cut down on foods high in oxalate like palak (spinach) and chocolates. And drink lots and lots of water, seriously! 💧 But do chat with your doctor, they'll give you the best plan. 😊
