For fatty liver, it's all about what you fuel your body with. Definitely cut out all processed sugars and sugary drinks, those are liver toxins. Also, minimize unhealthy fats from fried foods and excessive refined carbs. Combine this with regular exercise, even light walking helps massively.

Beta, for fatty liver, you must stop eating oily things and anything with too much sugar. No bazaar ki mithai, no fried pakoras. And a drop of alcohol is also bad. Eat simple, home-cooked food with less oil. Some say haldi (turmeric) helps, but always follow doctor's advice.

Hey bestie, don't stress too much, but for fatty liver, you really need to be disciplined. Avoid all those yummy sugary drinks, cakes, and fried foods. And alcohol is a big no-no. It's tough, but your liver will thank you! Focus on healthy, home-cooked meals.

My dear, for fatty liver, it is important to purify the body. So, avoid things that create impurity - no alcohol, no very oily or sweet foods. Stay positive and make healthy choices with your diet. Eat fresh, light food. Take care of your body, it is a temple.

Fatty liver, I've been there. Do NOT touch sugary drinks, mithai, or any refined flour product like white bread or biscuits. Also, zero alcohol is a must. Seriously, no cheat days there. And cut down on fried foods. It's a strict diet but it works wonders for the liver.

With fatty liver, you should absolutely avoid high-fructose corn syrup, refined sugars, and excessive amounts of saturated and trans fats. This means cutting out most packaged snacks, sugary sodas, and fried foods. Also, limit alcohol completely. Focus on easily digestible, nutrient-dense foods.
