What not to eat with arthritis?

My doctor said I have early signs of arthritis in my hands, and suggested dietary changes. I'm confused about what foods might make it worse. Can you tell me what things I should definitely avoid eating if I have arthritis?

Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive red meat. These can increase inflammation.

I get so confused about what to eat with arthritis! Is it true that tomatoes and potatoes can make it worse? I heard they're 'nightshades'. Has anyone else felt this? I'm worried about cutting out too many things.

Hello, I just found out I have arthritis. So, should I really avoid all dairy products too? I've heard mixed things about it. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

I'm not a health expert, but from my own experience with arthritis, I try to stay away from anything deep-fried, highly processed, and sweet. Also, I noticed red meat makes my joints ache more. So I stick to lighter, home-cooked meals.

Beta, for arthritis, it is good to avoid things that cause 'garmi' (heat) in the body, like too much fried food and very spicy curries. Also, some people say raw salads and cold things are not good. Stick to warm, simple ghar ka khana. But for serious pain, always see a doctor.
