While regular exercise and a good diet are great for general mental well-being, for disability, we're talking about really serious stuff. Conditions that make it impossible to work or live independently, like severe forms of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression with psychotic features, or debilitating PTSD. It's a whole different league from just feeling stressed out.

Oh, this is an important question. So, it's not just things like broken bones, but mental health too. Does it have to be really extreme, like not being able to leave the house, or can it be for conditions that make it hard to focus and keep a job, even if you can generally function?

Bhaiyya, agar mann ki beemari itni zyada ho jaaye ki insaan apna kaam dhandha na kar paaye, ghar se na nikal paaye, toh usko disability mil sakti hai. Jaise bahut zyada udasi (depression) ya dimaagi santulan bigad jaaye. Doctor ka parcha aur ilaaj bahut zaroori hai.

For mental health disability, they look at things that seriously impact your ability to earn a living. Conditions like severe, chronic depression, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder that require continuous treatment and make it impossible to hold a job. Be prepared for potentially significant costs for evaluations and documentation, so it's good to plan for that if you're considering applying.

Generally, for disability, mental health conditions must be severe, well-documented, and significantly impair your ability to work or perform daily activities. This means conditions like severe clinical depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or PTSD that completely hinder normal functioning. It's not a quick process; it requires solid medical evidence and professional assessment.

Namaste. While yoga and pranayama can bring peace to the mind, for actual disability, we are talking about profound conditions. When someone is truly unable to manage their life or responsibilities due to severe mental distress, like persistent psychosis or deep, debilitating depression, then disability support might be an option. It is for those who are genuinely incapacitated, and need professional help and support.
