What meds are good for arthritis?

My knees have been hurting a lot lately, especially in the mornings. My neighbour suggested some medicines for arthritis, but I want to know what are generally considered good for it.

Arthritis, ugh, feels like your joints are throwing a protest party! For medicines, it's really a doctor's gig. They'll tell you if it's NSAIDs, disease-modifying drugs, or even steroids. Don't self-prescribe, unless you want your joints to declare a full-blown war on you! Get it checked!

Arthritis medication needs to be very specific to the type and severity. I know someone who tried self-medicating and ended up with stomach issues due to strong painkillers. It's crucial to consult a rheumatologist or an orthopedic specialist. They will diagnose properly and prescribe medicines that won't cause other complications.

As someone managing PCOS, I'm very careful about taking any medication due to potential interactions or side effects. For arthritis, it's definitely not a one-size-fits-all. You really need to see a specialist like a rheumatologist who can correctly diagnose your type of arthritis and prescribe appropriate medications, which can range from NSAIDs to more specific disease-modifying drugs. Don't self-medicate for such a complex condition.

Arthritis sounds so serious, and I remember panicking when my grandmother first got diagnosed. But actually, there are many effective medicines! Doctors often start with NSAIDs for pain and inflammation, and for some types, they might use DMARDs. The best thing is to get a proper diagnosis from a rheumatologist and let them guide you; don't worry, they have good solutions.

Ho na, arthritis mein bahut dard hota hai. Medicines toh doctor hi batayenge, yaar. Usme anti-inflammatory ya pain killers hote hai, but sabki body alag hoti hai. Toh please, ek achhe doc ko milkar hi decide karna chahiye, na.
