What medicine helps you sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, just tossing and turning for hours. My mind races a lot. What medicine helps you sleep, and are there any that don't make you feel groggy the next day?

Sleep ke liye direct medicine lena thoda risky ho sakta hai yaar. Mere chacha ko doctor ne mild tablet suggest ki thi jab unhe insomnia tha, par bina consultation ke bilkul mat lena haan. Warm milk try karke dekho pehle, usse natural relief milta hai na.

My teenager also went through a phase of terrible sleeplessness during board exams. We avoided any sleeping pills entirely and instead made a strict no-screen rule after 9 PM. A light head massage with warm coconut oil really helps calm the mind before bed.

I tried everything from chamomile tea to heavy sleep apps, but nothing beats keeping a fixed sleep routine. For temporary relief, a warm cup of milk with a pinch of nutmeg works wonders. Please don't jump to sleeping pills directly as they can be highly habit-forming.

Don't stress too much about it, sometimes our minds are just too buzzed at night! I usually play some soft rain sounds and keep my phone far away from the bed. If it's been going on for weeks though, just have a quick chat with a doc instead of self-medicating.

When I had severe sleep issues, my general physician explained that sleeping pills are only for short-term clinical use. He prescribed a low-dose melatonin supplement for a week to reset my sleep cycle. You should definitely get your blood levels checked, especially Vitamin D and B12, before taking any pill.
