Stomach pain can happen due to gas, acidity, or even indigestion from heavy food. If it is mild, try drinking warm buttermilk with a pinch of hing and roasted jeera. If the pain is sharp or continuous, please don't ignore it or take heavy painkillers, as they can irritate your stomach lining even more.

Hey! For mild gas or bloating, a simple Pudin Hara or Digene liquid works wonders. But if it's a severe cramp, antispasmodics like Meftal-Spas are what doctors usually suggest. Get well soon, hope you feel better within an hour! 🌸

I log my water and food intake on my fitness app, and usually, stomach pain is just mild dehydration or bloating. However, if you are looking for medicine, dicyclomine is often prescribed for cramps, and antacids for acidity. If the pain is in the lower right side, please consult a doc immediately to rule out appendicitis.

As someone managing diabetes, I have to be very careful with medications because some syrup painkillers contain hidden sugars. For stomach ache, I prefer taking sugar-free antacids if it is due to acidity. If the pain persists, it is always safest to consult your doctor before taking any tablets.

Stomach pain is a very broad symptom that can range from simple gas to serious issues like food poisoning, ulcers, or appendicitis. Taking a random over-the-counter painkiller can sometimes mask critical symptoms. The most sensible approach is to consult a physician for a proper diagnosis.

My thyroid medication sometimes causes slow digestion and stomach bloating if the dose isn't right. Usually, doctor-prescribed gut relaxants or antacids help, but you must find the root cause first. If your stomach pain is regular, please get a routine checkup and blood tests done.

If it is period pain or pelvic cramps, doctors sometimes suggest Meftal-Spas, which really helps me during my rough PCOS cycles. But stomach pain can also be due to infection or stones, so please don't self-medicate if the pain is severe. It's always better to get a doctor's opinion.
