I have been managing osteoarthritis for ten years now. Apart from pain relievers during flare-ups, the most important thing is regular physiotherapy and keeping your joint moving. Don't rely only on painkillers as they can hurt your stomach in the long run.

It can be really painful, but with the right diagnosis, doctors have very effective medicines to manage it. Hang in there.

Haan yaar, arthritis ka dard sach mein bahut bura hota hai. My mom takes some mild anti-inflammatory tablets when the pain gets too much, but doctor ki salaah ke bina mat lena na. Garam pani ki sikai also helps a lot.

My teenager was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis and it broke my heart. The pediatric rheumatologist started some basic disease-modifying drugs, and now she is doing so much better and even plays sports. Please consult a specialist, they will find the exact medicine that fits.

The choice of medication depends entirely on the type of arthritis, whether it is osteoarthritis or rheumatoid. My doctor explained that they use a mix of NSAIDs for pain relief and DMARDs to halt joint damage. You must get your rheumatoid factor and X-rays done first.
