What med is best for fever?

My son has a high fever since last night and paracetamol isn't bringing it down much. I'm worried and want to know what medicine is generally considered best for fevers in children. Should I be looking for something stronger or is there a common remedy I'm missing?

Humare ghar mein toh, jab bhi bukhar aata hai, sabse pehle Paracetamol lete hain. Doctor bhi yahi dete hain. Aur garam paani peena, aaram karna, bohot zaruri hai. Bahar ka khana bilkul nahi khana chahiye jab bukhar ho.

For fever, usually Paracetamol (also called acetaminophen) is a common and safe choice. It helps bring down the temperature and ease body aches.

Ugh, fever always ruins my appetite for all the good food! But for medicine, Paracetamol is usually the go-to, right? It just helps with the body aches too. And then lots of light, soupy food. Hope you feel better soon!

It's natural to feel anxious when you have a fever, especially not knowing what to take. Usually, for a normal fever, Paracetamol (like Crocin or Dolo) is recommended. But if it's high or lasts long, please consult a doctor. They might suggest something else depending on the cause.

Yaar, for fever, Paracetamol is the safest and most common. Like Crocin or Dolo. Actually, it just helps bring down the temperature and body aches. But if the fever is too high or doesn't go away, you definitely need to see a doctor. Don't take chances, na?

Most common and effective for fever is Paracetamol. I have a health app that sometimes reminds me to log my symptoms and meds. If my fever isn't going down after Paracetamol and cold compresses, I definitely check with a doc. Don't just rely on self-medication, especially if symptoms persist.

Please be very careful with fever. Once I just took some medicine on my own and it didn't help, and later it turned out to be something serious. For a simple fever, Paracetamol is common, but if it's high, doesn't go down, or you have other symptoms, please, please see a doctor immediately. Don't take any chances, it's better to be safe.
