What meat is best for diabetics?

My uncle is diabetic, and we're always looking for healthier food options for him, especially when it comes to non-veg. We want to ensure he gets enough protein without negatively impacting his sugar levels. What kind of meat is considered best for diabetics?

For diabetics, lean protein is key. So, chicken breast, fish (like salmon or tuna, good for omega-3s), and turkey are excellent choices. They provide protein without adding too much saturated fat, which is important for heart health, especially with diabetes. Portion control is also crucial.

Yaar, my uncle is diabetic and his doc told him lean meats are best. So, like, chicken without skin or fish. Red meat thoda control mein, and no fried stuff at all! Actually, protein helps manage blood sugar, so it's good to include it.

It's totally understandable to worry about what to eat with diabetes. My doctor advised my dad to go for lean meats. Chicken breast, fish like pomfret or rohu (steamed or grilled, not fried), are good. Avoid processed meats and fatty cuts. It's about making smart, healthy choices, not depriving yourself completely.

I'm not sure, but I've heard lean meats are generally better for health. So maybe chicken or fish, without much oil? But what about mutton? Is that okay in small amounts? I'm still learning about this.

Humare gaon mein jinko sugar ki beemari hoti hai, unko doctor log kehte hain ki murgi ka gosht (chicken) aur machhli (fish) kha sakte hain, par tel kam ho. Lal gosht (red meat) kam khana chahiye. Yeh sab sehat ke liye acha hota hai.

My granddad has diabetes, and the doc told him to eat chicken and fish. No oily stuff, just grilled or baked. Red meat he can have sometimes, but very less. It's all about lean protein, man.

From a holistic perspective, keeping the body light and easy to digest is good. Lean meats like chicken and fish, prepared simply without excessive spices or oil, can be beneficial for managing blood sugar levels. They provide essential protein. Pairing them with lots of green vegetables is also very helpful. And gentle breathing exercises aid digestion.
