What makes piles bleed?

I've been dealing with piles for a while, and sometimes they start bleeding, which is quite uncomfortable and scary. I want to know what activities or types of food typically cause piles to bleed. I need to be more careful with my diet.

Bleeding piles definitely need medical attention. It's usually from strain or hard stools.

Bleeding is a sign of severe irritation to the hemorrhoids. Often, it's due to prolonged straining or hard stools. Proper diet with high fiber, adequate water intake, and gentle exercises can aid in smoother bowel movements. Consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and care, and consider incorporating gentle yoga for gut health.

Bhaiyya/Didi, agar khoon aa raha hai toh ye achhi baat nahi. Aksar yeh kabz ki wajah se ya bohot zor lagane se hota hai. Doctor ko dikha lo jaldi se. Paani zyaada piyo aur fibre waali cheezein khao.

Hey, if piles are bleeding, that's a clear sign you need to see a doctor. It generally happens when the inflamed veins get irritated, usually from straining during bowel movements due to constipation or sometimes diarrhea. Don't ignore it, get it checked out properly.

Beta, agar khoon aa raha hai toh samjho masla thoda zyada hai. Pehle toh doctor ko dikhao. Aur haan, garmi karne waali cheezein mat khao, aur baasi khana bhi nahi. Kuch log isabgol lete hain paani ke saath, pet saaf karne ke liye. Magar doc ki salah zaroori hai.
