What make dandruff?

My scalp has been super flaky lately, and I'm always scratching. What exactly causes dandruff? I've tried some shampoos but it keeps coming back.

Oh, dandruff, the bane of my existence! It feels like a never-ending battle. For me, stress and oily scalp make it worse. Sometimes it's just the weather, no? My hair looks like a snow globe sometimes, haha.

Usually, it's just a fungus called Malassezia that lives on your scalp, especially if it gets too oily. Not washing hair properly, or using products that irritate your scalp can make it worse. Simple anti-dandruff shampoo used consistently works for most people, no need for fancy treatments.

I used to have really bad dandruff, super itchy and flaky. For me, it was a combination of not washing my hair often enough and using the wrong shampoo. Once I started using an anti-dandruff shampoo regularly and making sure to rinse properly, it cleared up completely.

Honestly, stress makes my dandruff flare up like crazy during exam time. And if I don't wash my hair for like 2-3 days, it gets super oily and then BOOM, dandruff. It's so annoying!

Dandruff can be due to many reasons, from dry scalp to a fungal infection, or even conditions like eczema or psoriasis. If it's severe or not going away with regular care, it's always best to get it checked by a dermatologist. Don't take chances with skin issues.
