Oh, arthritis in hands sounds really scary! I'd be so worried about what it could be. Don't stress too much, but definitely go see a rheumatologist. They are the specialists for all kinds of arthritis and joint issues, even in the hands. Hope you get answers quickly!

For arthritis, including specifically in the hands, you should consult a rheumatologist. They are experts in musculoskeletal and autoimmune diseases. They'll assess your symptoms, possibly order some tests, and formulate a treatment plan.

My uncle had severe arthritis in his hands, which made daily tasks very difficult. He was treated by a rheumatologist, who helped him a lot with medication and exercises. So, based on that, a rheumatologist is the specialist.

I had a friend who ignored stiffness in his hands for too long, and it turned out to be advanced arthritis which caused permanent damage. Don't take chances. For arthritis in hands, please see a rheumatologist without delay. Early intervention is crucial to save your joints.
