What kind of coffee is good for liver?

I'm trying to improve my liver health, and I read that coffee can be beneficial. What kind of coffee is good for the liver? Is it black coffee, espresso, or something else? I want to make the right choice.

Yo, coffee and liver? Never thought about it. I just drink whatever instant coffee is available, lol. But yeah, maybe black coffee, without sugar or milk, would be better? Heard too much sugar is bad for everything.

Oh, this is an interesting question! I've read a bit about coffee being good for the liver. From what I've gathered, black coffee, without sugar or excessive milk, seems to be the type that might offer some protective benefits. Less processed is generally better.

Coffee for liver health, really? I always worry about my liver, so this is good to know. I think it's black coffee, without sugar or cream, that they recommend. Anything added probably negates the benefits. Always best to ask a doctor though.

Ho na, I also heard coffee is good for liver. But it's usually black coffee, without any sugar or too much milk. Like normal filter coffee. Too much sugar is not good for liver or anything, haan na? Keep it simple.

Haan, coffee liver ke liye achhi hoti hai, suna hai maine. Lekin woh black coffee, na? Bina doodh aur cheeni ke. Woh sab instant wali ya loaded with sugar wali coffee nahi. Regular filter coffee black is probably the best option.
