What is the worst fruit for diabetics?

My father has diabetes, and his doctor always tells him to be very careful with fruits because of the sugar content. He sometimes gets confused about which ones are okay. What is considered the worst fruit for diabetics?

It's totally understandable to worry about what to eat when you have diabetes. I used to get so much anxiety over every little food choice. But for fruits, it's not really about one being 'the worst,' it's more about portion control and fruits with a high glycemic index. Maybe consult a dietician for a personalized chart?

Relax, no need to stress too much about 'worst' fruit. Every fruit has its benefits. It's more about quantity and how ripe it is. Mangoes and grapes are sweet, so maybe eat them in smaller portions or less often. The key is moderation, bhai.

Honestly, for diabetics, it's not usually about avoiding one fruit completely, unless your doctor specifically says so. It's more about understanding the sugar content and glycemic index. I personally limit very ripe mangoes and chikoos. Grapes also I take very few. Always check with your doctor or a dietician for a proper diet plan, it's very important.

Enna pa, worst fruit nu onnum illa. My family elders used to say that too much of anything is bad. So even though mango is very sweet, a small piece is fine. Generally, fruits like very ripe bananas, mangoes, and chikoos have higher sugar. But always listen to your doctor's advice, that is most important.

Worst fruit? Probably the one I crave at 3 AM when I'm sleep-deprived and know I shouldn't eat anything sweet! Haha. But seriously, very ripe bananas and mangoes have a lot of sugar. So maybe those, if you eat too much. My body just wants sleep though, not more sugar worries.
