What is the worst diabetes?

My brother has had diabetes for a long time, and sometimes he really struggles with it. He often says his type is very difficult to manage. I'm curious, what is considered the worst diabetes type?

It's tough to label one 'worst' diabetes, because living with any chronic illness, especially one that impacts so many aspects of your life, is incredibly challenging. I've seen the emotional toll it takes. Type 1 is often seen as more severe because it's autoimmune and requires lifelong insulin dependence from a young age, but Type 2, if poorly managed, also leads to severe complications. Every type presents its own struggles, and it's okay to acknowledge that.

Dekho, 'worst' bolna theek nahi hai. Sab diabetes mein mushkil hoti hai. But Type 1 diabetes is generally considered more severe because body bilkul insulin nahi banata, aur life-long injections lagte hain. Type 2 ko lifestyle se manage kar sakte hain mostly. Toh, Type 1 zyada serious maana jaata hai, but dono ko seriously lena chahiye.

Beta, all diabetes is bad if not taken care of properly. But what we know as Type 1, where children get it and need insulin all their life, that is very difficult. My neighbour's grandchild had it. For adults, Type 2 also becomes serious if you don't control food and exercise. So, take all of it seriously.

From a holistic view, any imbalance is challenging. While Type 1 diabetes, an autoimmune condition requiring external insulin, is often considered more severe in its management, Type 2, when neglected, can also lead to grave complications. Regular practice of yoga and pranayama can help manage stress and improve overall health, supporting both types, but medical supervision is vital for all.

Child, all forms of sugar disease are difficult. But the one they call Type 1, where the children get it and need daily injections, that is indeed very hard. We try to control with neem leaves and karela juice for Type 2, but Type 1 needs proper medicine from doctors. Do not take it lightly, beti.

Hey, don't stress too much about which one is 'worst', yaar. Both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes are serious if not managed well. Type 1 is often thought of as more intense because your body stops making insulin completely, usually from childhood. But honestly, if Type 2 isn't taken care of, it can be just as bad with complications. Just be regular with checkups and follow your doc, okay?
