What is the strongest pain reliever?

I had a minor accident and now my shoulder is really hurting. I need serious pain relief fast. Can anyone tell me what is the strongest pain reliever that I can get, whether it's over-the-counter or with a prescription?

Please take care of your body with patience and positive thoughts. For pain relief, basic paracetamol is gentle and safe, but avoid searching for very strong drugs without proper guidance.

Ho na, directly strong medicines nahi khani chahiye, it can be risky for the stomach. Simple paracetamol or crocin is safe, and for heavy pain, doc advice is always best.

While there are several strong anti-inflammatory medications available, taking them habitually without medical supervision can cause gastrointestinal and renal issues. It is always best to stick to standard paracetamol or seek a doctor's prescription.

Honestly, don't play doctor with your health. The safest over-the-counter option is paracetamol; if that doesn't fix it, go see a specialist instead of looking for 'stronger' pills.

I completely understand how stressful it is when you are hurting and just want quick relief. But please don't take strong OTC pills out of panic, as they can cause other issues; stick to basic paracetamol for safety.

I get intense pelvic pain sometimes, but I never take heavy painkillers as they can mess with my hormonal health. Stick to mild paracetamol or a hot water bottle, and check with your gynecologist first.
