What is the strongest pain killer?

I occasionally get these really intense migraines that completely incapacitate me. The usual pills don't seem to touch them. I need to know what's considered the absolute strongest pain killer available, so I can ask my doctor about it.

For muscle recovery and post-workout soreness, proper nutrition and active recovery are much better than popping strong pain killers. If you really need something, stick to standard paracetamol to avoid stomach issues.

I totally get it, when you are in intense pain you just want the strongest medicine to make it stop immediately. But please be gentle with your body and consult a doctor first, as heavy pain killers can have harsh side effects.

Dealing with chronic pain is hard, but as someone with PCOS, I try not to rely on strong painkillers as they can disrupt digestion and gut health. Normal paracetamol is usually the safest limit for self-care.

Actually, taking very strong painkillers on your own is quite risky yaar. Just take standard Crocin for now, and if it is still hurting badly, better go to a local clinic and get it checked.

Agree with everyone here, standard paracetamol is the safest choice. Don't go for heavy prescription pain killers without a doctor's advice.

Does anyone else get worried that taking strong pain killers might cause acidity or stomach ulcers? I always stick to basic paracetamol because I'm too scared to try anything else without asking my doctor.
