What is the strongest over the counter pain medicine?

My grandmother sometimes gets very bad body aches from her old age. She doesn't like going to the doctor unless it's urgent. I want to know which over-the-counter pain medicine is the strongest for severe aches.

I once kept taking strong painkillers for a stomach ache instead of getting it checked, and it turned out to be appendicitis that got worse. Please learn from my mistake and get a proper checkup instead of hiding the pain with heavy OTC pills.

Hey, don't stress too much about finding the strongest medicine. Just take a normal paracetamol, put on some light music, and rest. If it still hurts tomorrow, we will go see a doctor together, chill.

As a diabetic, I never mess with strong over-the-counter drugs because they can interact with my daily medications. I stick to mild paracetamol if needed and always confirm with my general physician first.

Since I have thyroid issues, I have to be extremely careful about what pills I take. I highly recommend getting routine blood tests and asking your doctor for a safe painkiller rather than buying strong random ones from the chemist.

Taking strong pain medicines without a proper prescription can be very dangerous for your liver and kidneys. Please do not self-medicate; just visit a local clinic and let a doctor prescribe the right dosage.

I see this question a lot here. Honestly, there is no single 'strongest' safe pill; basic paracetamol is the standard OTC choice. For anything stronger, you really need a doctor's evaluation to avoid side effects.

Basic paracetamol is usually the safest and most reliable one we can get easily! Just drink some warm water, take rest, and you will feel much better soon. 🌸
