What is the strongest over the counter pain medication?

I have a terrible headache today, and my usual paracetamol isn't doing much. I need something more powerful. What is considered the strongest over-the-counter pain medication available in India?

I used to have chronic knee pain and tried every strong OTC pill out there, which only ruined my stomach. Realistic advice? Stick to basic paracetamol for mild relief and focus on finding the actual cause with a doctor.

As someone who lifts weights, muscle soreness is very common, but taking strong painkillers is a bad idea because it messes with muscle recovery. Try stretching, ice packs, and proper protein intake instead of relying on OTC pills.

Between back-to-back meetings, we just want a quick fix for headaches, but popping strong tablets habituallly is risky. If standard paracetamol doesn't clear it up in a day, take an hour off and see a doc rather than self-treating.

Honestly, a lot of mild aches happen because of low magnesium or vitamin D in our diet. Before searching for heavy pain meds, maybe look at your daily nutrition and stick to light, doctor-approved paracetamol if absolutely necessary.

Please be careful, especially if you have blood pressure issues like me. Many strong painkillers can raise your BP instantly, so I never take anything other than simple paracetamol without checking with my cardiologist first.

I used to panic and think I needed the strongest painkiller whenever I got a migraine, but then my doc explained that regular Crocin works just fine if taken at the right time. Don't worry, just consult your doctor to find what suits you.
