What is the strongest over the counter pain killer?

I pulled a muscle at the gym, and the pain is quite sharp. I'm looking for the strongest painkiller I can get without a doctor's prescription. What's considered the most potent over-the-counter pain killer?

True, normal paracetamol is best for daily small pains. Anything stronger should definitely be taken only after asking your family doc.

Please take care of yourself. It is always safer to use basic, mild options or just consult a nearby doctor rather than searching for very strong medicines online.

Strongest painkiller is a good 8 hours of sleep, but honestly, self-medicating with heavy stuff will only give your stomach a hard time. Stick to standard crocin and consult a doctor if your body is acting like a drama queen.

Listen, dont go searching for the strongest pill on your own. If the pain is that bad, it is better we get it checked by a proper doctor instead of taking heavy OTC meds.

My grandmother used to say a warm turmeric milk works wonders for body aches, but for severe pain, we cannot rely on that. My doctor advised that taking heavy OTC painkillers can harm the kidneys, so please get a prescription first.

I used to suffer from bad cramps and searched for strong pills, but honestly, standard meftal or paracetamol is what works safely. Taking very strong random meds without asking a gynac or physician is just risky, trust me.

Yeah, even I think basic paracetamol is the safest bet. Please don't take anything high-dose without a prescription.
