What is the strongest antibiotic for kidney infection?

My friend has been suffering from a really bad kidney infection for a while now, and the medicines she's taking don't seem to be working. She's in a lot of pain. I was wondering if there's a very strong antibiotic available for such cases, so I can ask her to discuss it with her doctor.

My son had a kidney infection once, and believe me, you cannot decide the 'strongest' antibiotic yourself. The doctor did tests to find out which specific bacteria was causing it, and then prescribed an antibiotic that was effective against *that*. Please take your kid to the doctor; they'll do the right diagnosis.

Kidney infection sounds really painful and scary. I'd be so anxious trying to figure out which antibiotic to take. Isn't it important to know exactly what kind of bacteria it is first? I always get worried about antibiotic resistance.

Yaar, 'strongest' antibiotic for kidney infection is something only a proper doctor can decide after seeing your reports. It's not like buying groceries, na? Antibiotics are serious, so please don't self-medicate. Go see a doc, actually.

For a kidney infection, you must consult a doctor immediately, not ask for names of antibiotics online. They will prescribe based on specific bacteria. Alongside proper medical treatment, remember to drink plenty of water and follow a light, nourishing vegetarian diet to support healing, but medicine comes first.

I can't name specific medicines, that's doctor's work. But what I know from my own experience is that for any serious infection like in the kidney, you *have* to get it checked by a proper physician. They'll do tests to find the right medicine. Never take antibiotics without a prescription, it's very risky.
