What is the reason of head pain?

I get frequent headaches, sometimes mild, sometimes really strong, and it disrupts my day. I've tried home remedies, but it keeps coming back. What are the common reasons of head pain?

Head pain can often be triggered by diet, believe it or not. Dehydration is a big one. Also, skipping meals or certain food additives. As a vegetarian, I ensure I get enough iron and B vitamins, as deficiencies can cause headaches. Try to track if certain foods or hunger trigger it.

Head pain can be due to so many things, from simple stress or dehydration to more serious issues. If it's severe, persistent, or comes with other symptoms like blurry vision or weakness, please, please get it checked by a doctor. Don't ignore your body's signals.

Aiyo, head pain is very common, no? My mother always says it's from not sleeping enough or too much sun. But truly, it can be simple things like stress, dehydration, or maybe even eye strain. If it's coming often, better to check with doctor, they will know best what is the reason.

Mostly, head pain is because of stress, not enough water, or bad sleep. Try some ajwain ka tel massage ya thoda rest. But if the pain is very bad, or you're feeling dizzy, don't just rely on home remedies. Go see a doctor, okay?

Ho na, head pain ke toh bahut reasons ho sakte hain. Kabhi stress se, kabhi phone zyada use karne se, ya kabhi pani kam peene se bhi. Bahut common hai. Par agar bahut zyada ho raha hai toh ek baar doctor ko dikha lena chahiye, na?

My smart watch tracks my sleep patterns and stress levels, and I've noticed a direct correlation with my headaches. If I'm stressed or haven't slept well, I almost always get a headache. Dehydration is another big one. Keeping track helps you identify your triggers.
