Back neck pain? Oh, probably the same reason for all my aches: bad posture while endlessly scrolling phone and then trying to sleep in weird positions. 😂 But seriously, mostly it's posture or stress. Or too much screen time.
Don't take neck pain lightly. I once thought it was just muscle strain, but it turned out to be a minor cervical disc issue that could have gotten worse. If it's persistent or severe, please get it checked by a doctor, don't ignore it.
Yaar, back neck pain ke toh bahut reasons ho sakte hain actually. Mostly it's because of bad posture, especially if you're on a laptop or phone for long hours. Stress bhi ek big factor hai, shoulders tense ho jaate hain. Kabhi kabhi wrong pillow bhi issue karta hai.
For me, it's always because of looking down at my phone way too much, or sometimes after a heavy gym session if I didn't warm up properly. Also, if you sleep in a weird position, you wake up with a stiff neck. It's pretty common.

I totally get it, neck pain can be really debilitating. It's often due to poor posture, especially with all the screen time we have now. Stress can also make your neck and shoulders very tense. Sometimes an old pillow can be the culprit too. Try some gentle stretches and see if it helps.
