What is the perfect amount of sleep?

I've been feeling so tired lately, even after sleeping. My friends say I sleep too much, but then some articles say I don't sleep enough. What's the perfect amount of sleep an adult actually needs to feel rested and healthy?

Honestly, who gets perfect sleep these days? Between work, kids, and daily chores, it's a luxury. I try for 7 hours, that's my target. A fixed bedtime and waking up time, even on weekends, helps me a lot. Simple routine, no fancy stuff.

I've read so much about this! They say 7-9 hours for adults, but then some articles say quality matters more than quantity. I always feel so groggy with less than 7, but more than 9 makes me feel lazy. Still trying to figure out my sweet spot.

There isn't really a 'perfect' amount that fits everyone, you know? Most adults need around 7-9 hours, but listen to your body. If you wake up refreshed, then that's probably enough for you. Don't stress too much trying to hit an exact number, focus on quality sleep.

Beta, when I was younger, I used to think I could manage with just 4-5 hours. But as you get older, you realize how much sleep impacts everything. Now, 7-8 hours is a must for me. Don't push your body too much; rest is important for long-term health.

It varies for everyone. The best way is to see how you feel when you wake up. Are you energetic? Then that's good. Prioritize sleep, it truly helps with everything else.
