What is the pain during ovulation?

During my periods, sometimes I feel a sharp pain around the middle of my cycle. My friend said it could be ovulation pain, but what does that pain actually feel like?

Sometimes called 'mittelschmerz', it's a natural part of a woman's cycle. Embrace these natural rhythms of your body. Stay positive, eat nourishing food, and find peace in understanding your body's wisdom. If the pain is severe, do seek guidance.

Oh, that's 'mittelschmerz', fancy name for a familiar ache! Sometimes it's just a mild cramp, sometimes it makes you wonder if your insides are redecorating. For me, a hot water bag and a good cup of chai does the trick. Getting old is fun, isn't it? 😂

It's called 'mittelschmerz' or just ovulation pain! Some women feel a little cramp on one side during ovulation. It's totally normal for many! Hope it's not too bad for you! ❤️

Haan, I've heard it's called mittelschmerz. My sister gets it sometimes, she says it's just like a dull ache. She just rests a bit. So I guess it's normal for many girls.

Medically it's known as mittelschmerz. While it's normal for some women, if the pain is severe or unusual, it's always good to get a check-up. For general health, managing things like BP through diet and regular doctor visits helps keep the body functioning well overall.
