For arthritis, self-medication is really not advisable. It's a chronic condition. You absolutely need to see an orthopaedic doctor who can diagnose the type of arthritis and prescribe appropriate medication. Don't rely on over-the-counter stuff for this.

Initially, I was so scared thinking it was something very serious when my joint started hurting. But after seeing a doctor, I realized arthritis can be managed. They gave me some medication and told me to do light exercises. So don't panic, just get it checked out.

Please, please, do not just take any painkiller without a doctor's advice. I made that mistake once and ended up with stomach issues. Arthritis needs proper medical evaluation, not just pain relief. A specialist will guide you best.

My mother used to say warm oil massage helps, and sometimes it does for mild pain. But for proper arthritis, my doctor prescribed me some specific tablets. Always listen to the doctor for conditions like this, it's very important for your long-term health.

While painkillers give temporary relief, for arthritis, consistent, low-impact exercise like walking or swimming can be really beneficial for joint health, IF your doctor approves. It's about strengthening the muscles around the joints. Consult a physio too!

Haan, arthritis is tricky. Mere papa ko bhi hai. Initially, we tried home remedies, but it was not enough. Doctor ne kuch medicines aur physiotherapy batayi thi. Painkillers are usually temporary relief na, you need proper treatment. Go see a doctor, that's best.

Arthritis sounds serious. Is it true that diet can also affect it? And are there different types of arthritis? I'm just trying to understand more about it for a family member.

Hey yaar, don't stress too much about finding the 'most effective' on your own. For something like arthritis, you really need a proper diagnosis. Go see a good rheumatologist, they'll know exactly what you need. Take care!

Look, for arthritis, don't play doctor yourself. Go to a specialist. They will tell you what works for your specific condition. What works for one person might not work for another, especially with painkillers. Be smart about your health.
