What is the most effective pain relief patch?

I have this nagging back pain from sitting at my desk all day. I've tried a few topical creams, but they don't seem to last. Does anyone know which pain relief patch is the most effective?

Honestly, patches are good for localised pain. I use them for muscle soreness sometimes after a heavy workout. But if it's more than that, like joint pain, better to consult a physio. They might recommend specific exercises too, which helps long term.

For me, being diabetic, I'm always cautious about what I put on or in my body. Some patches have ingredients that can interact, even topically. Please check with your doctor, especially if you have any underlying conditions. Safety first, always!

I haven't used many patches before, but I've seen a few types. Are there specific brands that work well for back pain? And do they have any side effects like skin irritation? Just wondering what others' experiences are.

For period cramps or a stiff neck, I usually use the heating patches. They don't have medicine, just heat, and they really help relax the muscles. The medicated ones work too, but sometimes the smell is too strong for me, ya know?

Pain relief patch? Haha, only patch I know is a patch of delicious biryani to make me forget my worries! But jokes aside, sometimes a good ginger tea can soothe minor discomforts, just like good food makes you feel better.
