What is the most common cause of stroke?

My grandfather suffered a stroke a few years back, and since then, I've been more aware of heart health. I was curious, what is the most common underlying cause for people to have a stroke?

From my recent experience, high blood pressure and cholesterol were big factors for me. After my stroke, the doctors really emphasized controlling these. It was a wake-up call, man. Now I'm super careful with my diet and meds.

Honestly, this question makes me a bit nervous. I keep hearing about strokes more and more these days. Is it true that high blood pressure is the main culprit? Or are there other things I should be worried about too? Anyone else feel like this?

While medical facts are important, remember that peace of mind also plays a big role in our health. High BP is often mentioned, so take care of your body and spirit. Stay positive and follow your doctor's advice.

Usually, it's related to lifestyle issues like uncontrolled BP or diabetes. My doctor always stresses on regular walks and light exercises to keep everything in check. If you have any risk factors, consult a doctor and start moving, even if it's just 30 mins a day.

Haha, are we talking about the 'stroke of genius' or the actual medical one? Kidding, kidding! But seriously, my uncle always says too much 'tension' gives you BP and then 'gone case'. So maybe chill out and enjoy a chai sometimes, no?
