What is the medical term used to describe dandruff?

My scalp has been quite flaky, and I think it's dandruff. I'm trying to understand more about it medically. What is the specific medical term used to describe dandruff?

It's called 'seborrheic dermatitis'. I find that maintaining a balanced, vegetarian diet helps my skin and scalp health generally. Less oily food, more fresh fruits and veggies. But for specific issues like this, always good to check with a doctor.

Dandruff? That's 'seborrheic dermatitis'! Maybe it's all the junk food we eat, no? Haha. Just kidding, but sometimes diet does play a role. If it's bothering you, get a good doctor to check it.

Haan ji, 'seborrheic dermatitis' bolte hain usko. Bahut common problem hai, na. Special shampoos aate hain for it. Agar bahut zyada ho, toh doc ko dikha lo.

The medical term is 'seborrheic dermatitis'. While it seems unrelated, managing overall health, including BP and stress, sometimes helps with skin conditions. Regular checkups are important for everything.
