What is the main cause of cancer?

My uncle recently got diagnosed with cancer and it's made me really worried about my own health. Can someone tell me what actually causes it? I want to understand if there are things I can avoid.

The main cause of cancer is when cells in your body start growing out of control due to changes in their DNA. It's not one thing, but a combination of genetics, lifestyle (like smoking, bad diet), and environmental factors (like pollution, radiation). No single magic bullet for it.

Cancer basically starts when there are changes or mutations in the DNA of cells, causing them to multiply uncontrollably and form tumors. It's a complex disease with many contributing factors, including genetics, environmental toxins, lifestyle choices like smoking and diet, and certain infections. It's rarely one single cause.

Oh god, this question always makes me so worried! But from what I've researched, it's mostly due to mutations in the DNA of cells that make them grow abnormally. It’s scary because it seems so random sometimes, but things like smoking, diet, sun exposure, and even family history contribute. It's good to be aware, but don't let it consume you like it sometimes does me!

In essence, cancer arises when the body's natural balance is disturbed, leading to cells growing without harmony. It is often linked to an imbalance in our internal system and external environment, like consuming impure food, breathing polluted air, or prolonged stress affecting our prana. Cultivating purity in mind and body can help protect us.

Hey, don't stress too much about finding one single cause for cancer. It's really complicated! It happens when your body's cells start growing abnormally because of DNA changes. There are many risk factors like genetics, pollution, lifestyle habits, etc. Just focus on a healthy lifestyle, yaar, that's what we can control.

Honestly, the main cause is often cell damage that leads to uncontrolled growth. What causes that damage can be many things – smoking, pollution, genetics. Early detection is really important, but those tests can be quite expensive. It makes you think about how to plan for these things, financially also.

Cancer, unfortunately, is a very broad term. It's usually caused by changes (mutations) in the DNA of our cells, which then makes them grow out of control. For my child, we were told it was probably a genetic predisposition combined with some environmental factors. It's complex, so getting accurate information from doctors is key.
