What is the liver enzyme test called?

My doctor suggested I get a liver enzyme test done. I forgot to ask him the full name of it. What is that test actually called?

It's generally called a Liver Function Test (LFT). This test measures various enzymes and proteins to see how well your liver is working. Doctors use it quite often. So, if you need to ask for it, just say LFT.

My family often talks about health check-ups. The liver enzyme test is usually called a 'Liver Function Test' or LFT. My doctor explained that it checks several enzymes like SGPT, SGOT, and ALP. It's a standard test, so if you need one, just ask your doctor.

For liver enzymes, the test is commonly known as a Liver Function Test (LFT). I make sure to include full body check-ups in my routine, and LFT is usually part of that. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with exercise and good diet helps keep these enzyme levels in check. Always get a doctor's recommendation before any tests, though.

Dude, it's called an LFT, short for Liver Function Test. I had to get one done once because my doc thought I might have something. They check different enzymes in it to see if your liver is okay. Pretty standard stuff.

My health tracker app reminds me about regular check-ups, and the liver enzyme test is usually part of the Liver Function Test panel. It checks things like ALT, AST, and ALP. It's a good indicator of liver health, so definitely get it done if your doctor recommends it.
