I remember this from a health class! The biggest reason for stroke is high blood pressure, like, consistently high BP. My professor said it damages blood vessels over time. Also, things like smoking, diabetes, and high cholesterol are bad news. So yeah, healthy lifestyle is key!

From what I've understood, high blood pressure is generally the leading cause of stroke. It's a silent killer, so regular checkups are very important, even if you feel fine. Simple things like reducing salt, regular walks, and managing stress can go a long way in keeping your BP in control and preventing stroke.

It's mostly high blood pressure that causes strokes, I've heard! It makes sense, right? If your blood pressure is always high, it puts so much strain on your brain's blood vessels. So, taking care of your BP, exercising, and eating healthy are super important for all of us, not just older people.

Namaste beta. The most common reason for stroke, from what I know, is high blood pressure. When the blood pressure is always high, it harms the blood vessels in the brain. So, it is very important to eat good food, walk a little, and keep the mind peaceful. Health is wealth, always remember.

Stroke, huh? I think high blood pressure is the main culprit. Probably from all the stress of deadlines and not enough sleep! 😂 But seriously, high BP and unhealthy habits are bad news for your brain. Gotta try to get more rest and less junk food, or else my brain will protest!

Hello, for stroke, the primary cause is usually uncontrolled high blood pressure. This damages blood vessels and can lead to blockages or ruptures in the brain. Other major risk factors include diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking, and an inactive lifestyle. Managing these conditions effectively is the best way to prevent a stroke. Please prioritize regular health check-ups.
