Bhai, heat stroke severe medical emergency hai, toh turant doctor ke paas bhagna chahiye na. Immediate step toh yeh hai ki patient ko shade mein le jao, fan chalao aur geela kapda body pe lagao. But please don't delay going to the hospital at all.

First priority is to cool the person down immediately. Move them to an AC room, apply ice packs to the neck, armpits, and groin, and call an ambulance right away. Heat stroke is a serious life-threatening situation, so medical help is the absolute priority.

My doctor emphasized that heat stroke is a medical emergency that can cause organ damage if not treated immediately. The primary care is rapid cooling by spraying cool water and fanning the patient, but you must transport them to the nearest hospital emergency room without any delay.

If someone collapses from heat stroke, move them to a cool place and loosen their clothing immediately. You can track their body temperature if you have a digital thermometer, but please do not give them fluids to drink if they are semi-conscious. Call emergency medical services right away.

In extreme summer, heat stroke can be very dangerous for elders and children. While you wait for the doctor, wipe the person's face and body with cool water and put them under a fast fan. Do not try any traditional home remedies like giving heavy drinks at this time; just get them medical help immediately.
