What is the ideal time to sleep?

I'm always struggling to get good sleep, either I sleep too late or too little. My friend told me that there's an 'ideal' time to go to bed for better health. Is that true, and what time would that be?

According to ancient wisdom, sleeping by 10 PM is ideal as it aligns your body with nature's rhythm. Practicing a few minutes of deep breathing before bed helps quiet the mind and improves the quality of your rest naturally.

Sleeping around 10 PM to 10:30 PM allows the body and spirit to rejuvenate beautifully. Try to let go of the day's worries before you close your eyes. Wishing you peace and a restful sleep tonight.

Our elders always insisted on sleeping early, before 10 PM. However, my doctor says consistency is the most important thing, even if you sleep at 11 PM, try to maintain the same time daily. Follow a routine that suits your health needs.

I know how frustrating it is to look at the clock and feel guilty for not sleeping by 10 PM. It is okay if your ideal time is 11 PM or midnight due to your routine. Be kind to yourself, and just aim for consistent 7 hours of rest.

For me, sleeping between 11 PM and 6:30 AM has been the sweet spot. I noticed my digestion improved a lot when I started maintaining this fixed window. That is just what worked for my lifestyle.

Ideally, we should sleep by 10 PM, but Netflix always has other plans! Joking aside, try to aim for 11 PM so you don't feel like a zombie in your morning meetings. Don't stress too much if you delay it occasionally.

I try to sleep by 10:30 PM but my mind keeps racing and I end up awake till 2 AM. Does anyone else get anxious when they can't fall asleep on time? It makes me so tired the next day.

I tried warm milk, chamomile tea, and several remedies to sleep early. What actually worked was eating dinner by 7:30 PM and sleeping by 10 PM. Having a light stomach makes falling asleep much easier.

I ignored my irregular sleep schedule for years until it triggered severe hormonal imbalances and high BP. Please don't take chronic sleep issues lightly. If you struggle to sleep despite trying, consult a doctor to rule out any clinical issues.

I agree with the suggestion of sleeping by 10 PM. Keeping your phone away at least 30 minutes before bed also helps immensely.
