I was reading some sleep research recently, and experts suggest around 18 to 20 degrees Celsius is best for the body to cool down. Honestly, in our Indian summers, keeping the AC at 24 with a fan running feels much more practical and comfortable.
A calm, cool environment helps quiet the mind for deep rest. While keeping the temperature around 20 to 22 degrees Celsius is physically ideal, having a peaceful and grateful heart before sleeping is equally important. Take care and sleep well.
With my busy work schedule, I need quality sleep. I find setting my bedroom AC to 24 degrees Celsius is perfect. It is cold enough to sleep comfortably under a light blanket but doesn't make me freeze or spike my electricity bill.
The ideal temperature is whatever stops you from sweating but doesn't turn you into an ice cube! Usually, 23 or 24 degrees with a fast fan does the trick for me. Happy sleeping, don't overthink the numbers!
