What is the honey trick for arthritis?

My mother has been suffering from arthritis for years. Someone suggested a 'honey trick' to relieve her pain. Does anyone know what is the honey trick for arthritis?

I have had osteoarthritis in my knees for seven years, and I can tell you that mixing honey with cinnamon is often called the 'trick'. While a warm cup of water with honey and cinnamon might thoda reduce inflammation, it is not a cure. You still need proper joint exercises and guidance from an orthopaedic doctor.

I barely have time to manage my daily routine, so I look for practical things. Taking honey and warm water in the morning is fine for digestion, but don't expect it to fix chronic arthritis pain. Save your time and just book an appointment with a rheumatologist to get proper treatment.

I was actually researching this online for my grandmother's joint pain. Many articles claim honey has anti-inflammatory properties, but there is very little scientific backing for it as an arthritis cure. It seems like it is mostly just a soothing drink rather than a real medical solution.

Yaar, honey is good for throat infection and all, but arthritis joint pain is a different level of issue actually. Don't rely on these internet tricks for major pain, otherwise, it will just get worse. Better to consult a proper specialist and get an X-ray done.

As someone managing high BP, I know how tempting these easy kitchen tricks can be. But we have to be practical because high sugar intake from excess honey can also affect your overall metabolic health. Stick to regular health checkups and monitor your inflammation markers under medical supervision.
