What is the heart rate for heart attack?

My father recently had a scare, and we were talking about heart attacks. What exactly happens with your heart rate during a heart attack? I want to be more aware of the symptoms.

Bete, heart attack ka seedha seedha heart rate se rishta nahi hota. Kabhi kabhi tez dhadkan hoti hai, toh kabhi normal bhi rehti hai. Asli baat toh chest mein dard, saans mein takleef jaisi hoti hai. Aise mein turant doctor ke paas jaana chahiye, bilkul der mat karna.

My child, a heart attack is a serious matter, not merely about heart rate. It is a sign that the body is in distress. If you feel any unusual pain in your chest, shortness of breath, or weakness, seek medical help immediately. Do not delay. Keep your mind calm, but act swiftly for your well-being.

Heart rate itself is not the primary sign of a heart attack; it can be high, low, or even normal. The crucial symptoms are chest pain, discomfort in other upper body areas, shortness of breath, cold sweat, nausea. If you or someone experiences these, immediately call for medical help. This is not something for home remedies.

Oh my god, this question makes me so anxious! I'm always checking my heart rate. But I've heard it's not just about the rate, right? Like, severe chest pain and breathlessness are bigger red flags. It's so scary. If anyone feels anything like that, please, please see a doctor immediately.

As someone managing high BP, I know that heart rate alone isn't the sole indicator of a heart attack. Symptoms like chest pain, pain radiating to the arm, breathlessness, or dizziness are more critical. Regular checkups, managing BP, and a healthy lifestyle are important to prevent such events. Don't wait if you feel anything serious.
