What is the healthiest position to sleep in?

Been having some back pain recently, and my physiotherapist mentioned my sleeping posture might be contributing. What's actually the healthiest way to sleep to avoid these kinds of issues?

Sabse accha position toh sidha sona hai, pith ke bal. Neck aur spine straight rehta hai. Lekin agar snoring ka problem hai ya pregnancy hai, toh side pe sona. Stomach pe bilkul mat so, kamar ke liye accha nahi hota.

Bete, in my time, we used to say, 'sidha sona raja jaisa'. Sleeping on your back helps with posture and keeps your spine straight. But for those with back pain or pregnant women, side sleeping is more comfortable. The main thing is to wake up without aches, no?

Many say sleeping on your back is best for spine alignment. But comfort is also important, so find what feels right for you and doesn't cause pain.

Young one, tradition says sleeping on the back, like a corpse, is good for the soul and body, keeping everything in alignment. If one has indigestion or breathing issues, sleeping on the left side can sometimes help. But listen to your body, it knows best. And a warm oil massage before sleep helps with any discomfort.

Dude, I used to sleep like a pretzel, then my neck started hurting. Switched to sleeping on my back with a memory foam pillow. Game changer, honestly. My sleep is better, and no more neck pain. Side sleeping is also fine if you keep a pillow between your legs.

The healthiest position is probably one where you don't wake up craving midnight snacks, haha! But really, back sleeping is what docs say is good for your spine. If you're a side sleeper like me, a good pillow is key so your neck doesn't feel like a twisted pretzel when you wake up!

Having dealt with persistent back issues, I can tell you that sleeping on your back is generally the most recommended for spinal alignment. If you're a side sleeper, use a pillow between your knees to keep your hips aligned. Stomach sleeping is a definite no-no as it strains your neck and back. Invest in a good pillow and mattress!

I used to sleep on my stomach and developed terrible neck and back pain because of it. Didn't realize how much position matters. Please avoid sleeping on your stomach. If you have chronic pain, consider seeing a physiotherapist or doctor, they can advise on the best position for your body.

Haan na, generally sleeping on your back is suggested, because it's good for your spine. But if you have issues like snoring or acidity, side sleeping with a pillow between your knees can also be very comfortable, ho na?
