What is the first sign of tb?

My colleague has been coughing for weeks now and losing some weight, making me a bit concerned. I know TB is still an issue in India. What's generally the first sign or symptom someone might notice if they have TB?

I track my health with apps, and persistent cough is always flagged as something to watch out for. For TB, a cough that lasts for weeks, especially with a bit of blood, is a major red flag. Also, fever and night sweats. Don't rely on trackers alone, though, get a doc's opinion!

I can only speak from what I've seen in my community. A persistent cough that just doesn't go away, sometimes with a little blood, is often a sign. Also, many people complain of feeling weak and losing weight. If you're worried, please consult a doctor.

Ram Ram ji. In our village, people say if you have a cough that goes on and on for many weeks, and you also feel weak and have fever in the evening, it could be TB. It's very important to go to the big hospital and get checked by the doctor without delay. They know best.

TB is very serious and widespread, so please be extra cautious. A persistent cough lasting more than two or three weeks, especially if accompanied by fever, night sweats, or unexplained weight loss, needs immediate medical attention. Don't take chances; get it checked for safety.

Honestly, if I have another persistent cough, I'm just going to blame it on lack of sleep and my boss. But seriously, a cough that just won't quit for weeks, and those pesky night sweats that make you feel like you ran a marathon in your sleep? Those are big ones for TB, I hear. Ugh, just thinking about it makes me tired.
