What is the equivalent pain to giving birth?

My elder sister just had a baby, and she said delivery pain is the worst pain ever. I'm wondering what other kind of pain would be comparable to that, because it sounds really scary for someone like me who is planning to start a family soon.

It's generally considered one of the highest levels of pain a human can experience. While other conditions like kidney stones or passing gallstones are also extremely painful, they affect different body systems. Comparing pain is tough and subjective, so if anyone is experiencing severe pain, they should get it checked by a doctor immediately.

Ho na, log kehte hain ki kidney stones ka pain ya jali hui skin ka dard, ye sab bahut similar hota hai. But delivery pain is different, na, it comes in waves and has a beautiful outcome. Everyone feels it differently.

I've heard people compare it to passing a kidney stone, or even multiple broken bones, but over a long period. It's an intense, marathon-like pain. For general pain tolerance, staying fit and strong can sometimes help, but this is a different league altogether. Post-delivery, gentle walking and exercises are often recommended, if the doctor gives the green light.

Giving birth is a unique experience, a transition of life. Many say it's like all your bones are breaking simultaneously, or passing kidney stones continuously. But it's pain with a purpose, leading to new life. Stay positive and focus on self-care, whatever your journey.

I totally get why people wonder about this. While there's no exact 'equivalent,' many women say it's like the most intense period cramps imaginable, combined with immense pressure, or often compared to passing kidney stones. It's a pain that completely consumes you, but it's also true that your body is built to handle it.

I've read that some studies equate it to breaking 20 bones at once or having a heart attack. It sounds incredibly intense and prolonged. It makes you really appreciate what mothers go through, doesn't it?
