What is the difference between excedrin migraine and extra strength?

I get frequent migraines, and I've seen both Excedrin Migraine and Excedrin Extra Strength in the pharmacy. What is the difference between Excedrin Migraine and Extra Strength, can I just use either?

Both contain acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine in the same proportions, only the packaging and marketing are different. While these offer quick relief, practicing Nadi Shodhana pranayama daily has helped me reduce the frequency of my headaches naturally. Please treat your body gently.

I looked at the labels and they actually have the exact same active ingredients in the same amounts. It made me so anxious thinking I was taking the wrong one for my bad headaches. Has anyone else noticed this or is there some hidden difference I am missing?

They contain the same active ingredients, but the caffeine in them can trigger acidity for some people. I always suggest keeping your hydration levels high and eating simple, non-spicy meals if you get frequent headaches. It is always best to ask your doctor before starting any strong pain relief.

Chemically, they are identical formulations containing aspirin, paracetamol, and caffeine. The FDA approved them under different names because of the specific clinical trials done for migraine relief. However, self-medicating for recurring severe headaches is risky, so please consult a neurologist first.

I actually did a deep dive online because I thought there must be some difference. Turns out they both have 250mg acetaminophen, 250mg aspirin, and 65mg caffeine per tablet. It is literally just different branding on the boxes.

They are exactly the same formula inside, just different boxes. Don't worry, you can use either for relief.

I am new to dealing with these severe headaches and was trying to find out which one to buy. If they both have the same ingredients, is one specifically safer for stomach issues? I would love to know if anyone has used them.
