What is the blood sugar level for diabetes 2?

My doctor said my blood sugar was a little high and I might be borderline diabetic. I'm trying to understand more about it. What is considered a typical blood sugar level for someone with Type 2 diabetes?

Usually, a fasting sugar level of 126 mg/dL or more, or post-meal level of 200 mg/dL or more indicates diabetes. Please don't be disheartened if your numbers are high. With a peaceful mind, clean food, and the right medical guidance, you can manage this beautifully.

According to standard medical guidelines, fasting blood glucose of 126 mg/dL or higher, or an HbA1c level of 6.5% or higher indicates diabetes. I highly recommend tracking your daily readings on a smart glucose monitor app so you can show the patterns to your doctor.

I literally panic every time I see my fasting blood sugar go slightly above 100! Generally, fasting over 126 and random over 200 is considered diabetes, but please don't stress immediately because a single high reading can just be due to stress or a heavy dinner. Get an HbA1c test done to be absolutely sure.

If your fasting is above 126 or your HbA1c is 6.5 or above, doctors classify it as type 2. Don't worry, you don't need to panic or buy expensive keto foods. Just cut down your daily rice/roti portion, walk for 30 minutes after dinner, and take your medicines properly.

My dad was recently diagnosed with type 2 because his fasting was around 135 and his HbA1c came out to be 7.2. The doctor told us that normal fasting should be below 100. It's super common now, so just get a proper laboratory blood test done to know for sure.

Haan, fasting sugar agar 126 ke upar jaye aur khane ke do ghante baad 200 cross kare, toh woh diabetes mana jata hai na. Par ek baar doctor ko zaroor dikha lena chahiye confirm karne ke liye. Apne aap dawayi mat shuru karna, proper consultation zaroori hai.

I have thyroid issues, and my doctor always tracks my blood sugar too because hormonal imbalances are connected. For type 2 diabetes, fasting is usually 126+ and HbA1c is 6.5% or above. Make sure you get regular blood tests every three months and follow up with an endocrinologist to keep everything balanced.

Fasting above 126 mg/dL and post-meal above 200 mg/dL is the standard range for diabetes. My mom has this, and honestly, with proper food timing and daily walks, she keeps her levels absolutely normal. Don't stress too much, it is very manageable once you start a routine!

If your fasting blood sugar is crossing 126 mg/dL consistently, you are in the type 2 diabetes range. Since you probably have a busy routine, just book a home blood collection service for an HbA1c test this weekend. It saves time and gives your doctor the exact 3-month average they need.

Actually yaar, fasting sugar above 126 mg/dL on two different days means diabetes. Post-lunch if it crosses 200, then also it is diagnosed as type 2. Best is to get an HbA1c test done, anything above 6.5% is diabetic. Go check with a doc, tension मत लो.
