What is the best way to remove dandruff?

My scalp has been super itchy and flaky lately, and I can see dandruff on my dark clothes. I've tried a few shampoos but nothing seems to really work. What is the most effective way to get rid of dandruff completely?

Honestly, for dandruff, it's best to consult a dermatologist. I had a really bad case once and self-treating just made it worse. A good doc will tell you exactly which shampoo or treatment you need, depending on your scalp type. Don't waste time on home remedies without proper guidance.

Dandruff can be really annoying, I know. Sometimes it's about inner balance too, not just external remedies. Try to keep stress low, eat well, and maybe a gentle neem oil massage. Everything good starts from within.

Haan, dandruff can be very irritating. My daughter had it bad. Sometimes it's just about changing your shampoo regularly or making sure your diet is good. I always tell everyone, if something is bothering you persistently, whether it's dandruff or BP like mine, get regular checkups. Lifestyle plays a big role.

From my experience, hair and scalp health are connected to your overall well-being. Try regular head massages with warm coconut oil, maybe adding a few drops of tea tree oil. Also, pranayama can help reduce stress, which sometimes triggers such issues. Be consistent, it takes time.

Oh, please don't ignore dandruff if it's severe or persistent. Mine started as 'just dandruff' but turned out to be a fungal infection that needed proper medical shampoo. Earlier I had ignored some other symptoms and it caused me trouble later. So, best to get it checked by a doc once.
