What is the best way to get rid of piles?

I've been suffering from piles for a few months now, and it's become quite uncomfortable and painful. I'm hesitant to go to a doctor right away and am looking for effective ways to manage or get rid of them at home. What is the best way to get rid of piles?

I can only share what helped my uncle a bit, not really give advice, because it's sensitive. He increased his fiber intake with lots of fruits and vegetables, drank more water, and avoided straining during bowel movements. But for proper treatment, he definitely went to a doctor.

Piles can be quite uncomfortable. While a high-fiber diet and plenty of water are often recommended, it's really important to get a proper diagnosis from a doctor first. They can identify the type and severity of piles and suggest the right treatment, which could range from lifestyle changes to medication or even minor procedures. Don't self-diagnose or treat.

Ugh, piles sound like a nightmare, definitely not something my sleep-deprived brain wants to deal with. But seriously, this isn't something you can just 'get rid of' with home remedies. A doctor visit is a must, no jokes. They'll have actual solutions.

Piles are very troublesome, beta. Traditionally, we would focus on making sure our food had enough fiber, like green leafy vegetables and whole grains, to keep motions soft. Also, sitting on a soft cushion helps. But if the pain or bleeding is severe, you must go to a doctor. Some problems need more than just home care.

For piles, our elders always used to say to eat lots of fiber, like ragi and fresh vegetables, and drink plenty of water to avoid constipation. But if it is bothering you too much, please go and see a doctor. They can give proper medicine or advise other treatments. It is not something to ignore, beta.
