What is the best way to get rid of dandruff?

I've had dandruff for ages, and it's really annoying and embarrassing. I've tried all sorts of anti-dandruff shampoos, but it always comes back. What's the best way to get rid of dandruff permanently?

I've been looking this up too! It seems like using a good anti-dandruff shampoo regularly is the main thing. Some people also talk about natural remedies like tea tree oil or apple cider vinegar, but I'm not sure how effective they are. I guess it depends on the cause of the dandruff.

Ugh, dandruff is the worst, it messes with my black t-shirt game! I've heard eating a balanced diet, maybe less sugary stuff, can help indirectly. But honestly, a good anti-dandruff shampoo like Head & Shoulders or Selsun Blue is usually my go-to. Can't let those flakes ruin my vibe!

Bhai, for dandruff, I just use Nizoral shampoo twice a week, and it works wonders. Also, don't use very hot water for hair wash, that can make it worse. And make sure your scalp is clean, don't leave conditioner on the scalp. Simple stuff.

The most effective way to deal with dandruff is usually through medicated shampoos containing ingredients like ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, or zinc pyrithione. Use it as directed, and make sure to really massage it into your scalp. If it doesn't improve after a few weeks, it's best to see a dermatologist to rule out other conditions.

Dandruff can be really annoying and sometimes makes you feel self-conscious, right? I totally get it. For me, a good anti-dandruff shampoo that I use consistently made a big difference. Also, avoiding too much oil on the scalp for long periods helped. If it's really persistent, a dermatologist can offer more targeted solutions and ease your mind.

Dandruff ke liye, sabse pehle ek accha anti-dandruff shampoo use karo, regularly. Aur apne scalp ko saaf rakho. Zyada oil ya styling products mat lagao. Agar phir bhi nahi theek hota toh doctor ko dikhao, woh sahi dawa denge.

My son had bad dandruff, and I was so worried. We tried so many things. What finally helped was a doctor-prescribed shampoo and making sure his scalp was always dry after washing, not damp. Also, changing pillowcases often. It takes a bit of patience, but it gets better.

Oh, dandruff! It's a common thing, don't worry too much. In my younger days, we used to use lemon juice on the scalp, but now there are so many good shampoos. Just pick one that suits you and use it regularly. Keep the scalp clean and dry, beta. It will go away.
